Our Goal
Our main goal is to help our students to learn and love the reading of the Quran, learn and respect Islam, enjoy a safe and fun learning environment provided by Islamic Center of Chico, and appreciate their Muslim identity by living as models, ethically upright, and principled citizens. We wish our students to feel proud of our Deen and follow the sunnah of our noble Prophet Mohammad (pbuh).

Cash payments are the ONLY method of payment accepted for the monthly school fees. No exceptions!
Fees are due the first Sunday of every month, unless stated otherwise by the school administrator. Failure to pay the required fee will result in your child(ren)’s enrollment being temporarily paused.
Cash payments must be submitted to the school administrator and to the school administrator only! Not the imam, not Brother Suhail, not the sadaqah dropbox.

Yes, you are still responsible for the full payment even if your child(ren) misses one or several classes.
NOTE: If your child(ren) has not attended the school at all (0) in an entire month, then you do NOT owe a payment. If you have multiple children and only one or a few of them have attended school that month, you only owe for those children.
For example, you have three children and for the month of January only two attended school. One of the two attended school only once, the other attended the majority of the month, and the third never attended that month. You would owe $40 total for the two children ($20 × 2 children) that attended school within that entire month.

You can ‘Request an Application [CLICK HERE]’ here on our website OR you can go to the masjid in-person on a Sunday and complete one there or bring it back with your full payment.
Parents are not allowed to drop off children without first providing a completed registration form AND full payment.
$10 one-time registration fee per child + $20/month per child (CASH ONLY)

You can apply and start anytime throughout the year. Speak to the school administrator, Sister Suma, to obtain an application and present any questions you may have.

Speak to the school administrator, Sister Suma, in person and inform her of your financial situation. InshaAllah, your matter will be brought to the principal, Imam Abdoulhac, for decision.

If you would like to volunteer, please contact the imam at (908) 590-6241.
If you are a parent and would like to volunteer, understand that under no circumstance are you allowed to have your child(ren) as a student. Nor are you to abandon your assigned students to micromanage the teacher(s) assigned to your child(ren). You are responsible for teaching and monitoring the students assigned to you. The volunteer work time is 10:45AM - 2:00PM.
